Lt Gen S.S. Jog (Retd) is a director of the company .A seasoned professional with 40 years of diverse and dedicated experience in Human Resources Development, Administration, Training, Education and Combat experience in Counter Insurgency prone areas of Jammu and Kashmir and North East India. A certified Independent Corporate Director IGNOU, New Delhi, Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial and Personnel Relations, University of Mumbai, Disaster Management and Human Rights, Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon. He is an alumnus of Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), National Defence Academy (NDA), Indian Military Academy (IMA), Defence Services Staff College (DSSC) and the prestigious National Defence College (NDC). He was commissioned in the Army in 1975, as an Infantry officer in the First Battalion of the 5th Gorkha Rifles (Frontier Force). During his illustrious career he was awarded with a large number of distinguished and gallantry awards that include the Param Vishisht Sava Medal (PVSM), Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM), Sena Medal (SM), Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM). His wife is Mrs. Sanjana Jog, who runs an NGO for the Welfare of the Defense Service Personnel and their families. He plays a vital strategic role in Assets Banking as a Director.
Rear Admiral Sanjay Vadgaokar (Retd): Director is a director of the company. A seasoned professional with 37 years of diverse and dedicated experience in Human Resources Development, Aeronautics Technical know-how and Training. He was commissioned as an Aviation officer in the Indian Navy in 1975. He was a distinguished helicopter pilot and qualified flight instructor, who commanded 3 frontline ships, an air squadron and an Air Station. He headed the Naval Aviation in his capacity of the Flag Officer Naval Aviation in Goa and ACNS (Air) in Delhi, wherein he contracted aircrafts for the Indian Navy. He was also the Defense Attaché in the Embassy of India, Tokyo from 1997 to 2000. He is an alumnus of the prestigious NDA and NDC, served.
On retirement he has since worked as a consultant in the corporate sector for 6 years and now plays a leadership role with Assets Banking.
Col Vikram Karande: ( Retd) : Business Head Advisory was commissioned in the Army Ordnance Corps in Dec 1985.He has served in various Field and Peace establishments across the country and giving logistics support to the Army.
He is a qualified Materials Manager and expert in Supply chain management. He has a rich experience of 33 years being in the Army. After retirement from the Army he is associated with Assets Banking as an Business Head Advisory.
Pawan Agarwal is Managing Director & CEO of company with more than 14 years of experience of Investment portfolio management with CitiBank and HDFC Bank and adept at managing a diverse portfolio of client assets. He is the one that truly understands the business - that gets the financial realities, appreciates their team, acts decisively and makes challenging and quick decisions.
Ramesh Agarwal is Director of company with more than 10 years of experience in Financial Planning.
